Description
The Horizontal Filter Press (Sparkler Type) is used for crystal clear filtration of Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Beverages, Oil, Ink, and other products. Our pharmaceutical filter press consists of a filter cartridge assembly with stainless steel filter plates, support screens, and interlocking cups enclosed in an SS pressure vessel with a lid. It includes an SS pump and is mounted on an SS trolley with castor wheels for easy mobility.
Working Principle: The liquid is pumped into the vessel where it enters the individual plates and is filtered through the filter cloth or paper, coming out through a central channel formed by interlocking cups. The cake formed between the plates can be obtained if required.

- All contact parts made of SS 304/316 quality & mirror polished.
- Provided with different types of pumps (Centrifugal, Gear, Lobe) depending on liquid viscosity.
- MS/SS jacket can be provided for hot filtration.
