Our Stainless Steel Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryer (ANFD) is a closed-system filtration and drying equipment designed for solid-liquid separation, washing, filtration, reslurrying, and drying operations in pharmaceutical, chemical, agrochemical, API, and fine chemical industries. The equipment combines filtration and drying in a single vessel, minimizing product handling, reducing contamination risks, and improving process efficiency.Manufactured using high-quality SS304, SS316, SS316L, Hastelloy, or other special alloys, the ANFD is engineered to meet stringent GMP and cGMP requirements. The system consists of a pressure/vacuum-rated vessel, filter assembly, agitator system, heating jacket, discharge arrangement, and associated instrumentation.

The agitator performs multiple functions including cake filtration, washing, smoothing, reslurrying, and drying. The jacketed construction allows efficient heating during drying operations, while the closed design ensures operator safety and solvent containment.
