Our Rotary Vacuum Paddle Dryer (RVPD) is a highly efficient indirect heat transfer drying system designed for drying wet powders, filter cakes, slurries, and pasty materials under vacuum conditions. The equipment is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, API, agrochemical, dye, and fine chemical industries where low-temperature drying and solvent recovery are required.

The dryer consists of a horizontal cylindrical shell with a central rotating shaft fitted with specially designed paddles. The paddles continuously agitate, mix, and move the material, ensuring uniform drying and preventing lump formation. The jacketed shell allows heating through steam, hot water, thermic fluid, or hot oil, enabling efficient heat transfer.

Operation under vacuum reduces the boiling point of solvents, allowing gentle drying at low temperatures, which is ideal for heat-sensitive products. The vapors generated during drying are collected through a condenser system and receiver, enabling efficient solvent recovery.

Manufactured using high-quality SS304, SS316, SS316L, or special alloy materials, the RVPD is designed as per GMP and industrial standards. It ensures leak-proof operation, robust construction, and high thermal efficiency.
