We manufacture Mobile Trolley Laminar Air Flow Units designed to provide portable sterile working conditions in pharmaceutical, laboratory, hospital, and cleanroom environments. The system delivers HEPA-filtered laminar airflow to maintain a particle-free working zone during critical operations.
The unit is mounted on a heavy-duty stainless steel mobile trolley, allowing easy movement between different cleanroom areas. It is widely used for aseptic filling, sampling, dispensing, and sterile handling applications where mobility and cleanliness are both required.
The system is equipped with a high-efficiency blower, pre-filter, and HEPA H14 filtration system to ensure ISO Class 5 / Class 100 air quality. The construction is done using high-grade SS304 or SS316 material for hygienic operation and long service life.
Mobile LAF units are designed for plug-and-play operation and can be customized as per user requirement specifications (URS), including size, airflow capacity, and working area dimensions.
