Our Inline Tumbler Washer/ Dryer/ Polisher is specially designed for efficient drying of soft gelatin capsules after encapsulation. The equipment ensures uniform air circulation and controlled drying conditions to remove excess moisture from softgel capsules without deformation, sticking, or surface damage.

The dryer is widely used in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and healthcare industries for post-encapsulation drying processes. It ensures consistent product quality, improved shelf life, and stable capsule integrity.

The system consists of a perforated rotating drying drum/tumbler along with a complete air handling system for controlled drying. It is equipped with an air blower, prefilter, and efficient airflow arrangement to ensure uniform drying throughout the batch. The bucket rotation speed can be controlled from 0–7 RPM via VFD, allowing precise control of drying conditions as per product requirements. The unit also features a pneumatic bucket opening system for easy and safe unloading of capsules.

Manufactured using high-quality SS304 / SS316 stainless steel along with Teflon and engineering plastic components where required, the dryer is designed as per GMP and cGMP standards. It ensures hygienic operation, low maintenance, and long service life.
