Our Halar Coated Agitated Vessels are specially designed for handling highly corrosive chemicals, acids, alkalis, solvents, and aggressive process media in pharmaceutical, chemical, API, agrochemical, and specialty chemical industries. The vessel is internally coated with Halar (ECTFE), providing exceptional resistance against corrosion, chemical attack, permeation, and abrasion while maintaining the structural strength of the metallic vessel.
The equipment is supplied with an efficient agitation system for mixing, blending, dissolving, reaction, suspension, and homogenization applications. Depending on process requirements, the vessel can be manufactured in jacketed, limpet coil, half coil, or plain construction and can be designed for atmospheric, vacuum, or pressure operations.
The Halar coating offers superior protection compared to conventional lining systems and is suitable for handling a wide range of aggressive chemicals at elevated temperatures. The vessel can be equipped with agitators, baffles, manholes, sight glasses, instrumentation, heating/cooling arrangements, and automation controls as required.
Available in various capacities and configurations, Halar Coated Agitated Vessels are widely used where contamination-free processing and long equipment life are critical requirements. The equipment is manufactured as per GMP, cGMP, and industrial process standards.
