The fermenters are available in glass-lined and stainless steel construction, manufactured using high-grade materials to ensure durability, sterility, and reliable performance. The inner chamber is fabricated using SS316 grade stainless steel, while the outer chamber is constructed from SS304 grade stainless steel for strength and structural stability.
The lid and flange components are also made from SS316 grade material to ensure high corrosion resistance and compliance with pharmaceutical and biotechnological standards. The vessel is properly insulated with high-grade mineral wool to maintain temperature stability and improve process efficiency, and is externally covered with SS304 sheet cladding for protection and durability.
