Our Stainless Steel Rotary Cone Vacuum Dryer (RCVD) is designed for efficient drying of powders, granules, crystals, and heat-sensitive products under vacuum conditions. The conical vessel rotates slowly during operation, ensuring gentle mixing and uniform heat transfer while minimizing product degradation.
Manufactured using high-quality SS304, SS316, or SS316L stainless steel, the RCVD is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, agrochemical, food, and fine chemical industries. The system enables drying, mixing, and solvent recovery in a single closed vessel, thereby reducing handling, contamination risks, and processing time.
The equipment is supplied complete with a vacuum system, condenser, receiver, and associated controls. The condenser efficiently condenses vapors generated during drying, while the receiver collects recovered solvents or condensate before reaching the vacuum pump. This arrangement improves drying efficiency, facilitates solvent recovery, and protects the vacuum system.
